- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, minced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 4 Scallions, sliced
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
How Do You Make Sirloin Stir-Fry with Ginger and Scallions?

Toss sliced sirloin with soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Marinate 10 minutes.
