What Ingredients Do You Need?
- 2 lbs Eye of round, partially frozen
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes

Partially freeze the beef (easier to slice). Cut into 1/4-inch strips against the grain.
