- 2 lbs Flank steak, butterflied
- 4 cups Fresh spinach
- 2 Roasted red peppers, sliced
- 3 Hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 6 slices Provolone cheese, sliced
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Oregano
